Obituary for Ronald E. Robison
Ronald E. “Ron” Robison, 78, of Marion, PA passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022 in his home. Born July 19, 1943 in Chambersburg, PA he was the son of the late Ralph and Charlotte (Souders) Robison.
He was a graduate of the Chambersburg Area Senior High School with the Class of 1964. Following high school Ron served with the United States Army until his honorable discharge. He then began working alongside of his father at Robison’s Well Drilling until in 1995. He then worked for Fayetteville Construction until his retirement. Ron enjoyed hunting and making knives.
He is survived by his daughter-in-law, Tracy Robison of Marion, PA and granddaughter, Bethany Robison of Hershey, PA. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Christopher Robison who passed away in 2018. Ron and Chris spent a lot of time together working on classic cars.
Services will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, March 4, 2022 in the Chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA with Pastor Ken Richards officiating. Burial will follow in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, March 3, 2022 in the funeral home as well as a half-hour prior to the service Friday morning in the funeral home.
