Roger was a great boss, In the spring of 2015 I was 22, stuck in a dead end job, had a CDL learners permit, and cold called Roger inquiring about work. He helped me get my CDL license so I wouldn't have to go to truck driving school and employed me from then until the end of AEH. We got along great and had very few disagreements, I wouldn't be where I am today without the help of Roger. I didn't feel like an employee when I worked for him I felt like family or a friend. Throughout my learning to drive and preparing for the test Roger would call me weekly to check up on how I was doing and how I liked it. When employed we texted back and forth almost daily, I was his extra driver and would go anywhere and everywhere. The memories from working for Roger are some of the best in my career and I'll never forget it.

My thoughts are with his friends and family. Thank you for your help Roger. RIP Buddy.
