Obituary for Robert M. Miller Sr.
Robert M. Miller, Sr., 55, of Chambersburg, passed away on Saturday morning at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born March 8, 1967 in Mechanicsburg, he was a son of the late Roy H, Miller, Sr. and Mary Jane Lauver Miller.
Robert was employed as a mechanic at Knouse Foods in Chambersburg for over 20 years and a member of the UFCW Union. He enjoyed fixing things around the house and playing with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his son, Robert “Matt” Miller, Jr. of Chambersburg; two grandchildren, Owen and Xander Miller; four brothers, Roy H. Miller, Jr. and wife Sonia, Ronald L. Miller and wife Monica, Randy A. Miller, and Roger W. Miller and wife Jeane, all of Chambersburg; numerous nieces and nephews and grandnieces and nephews; his step-son Mark Joseph Barrick of Chambersburg; and his significant other, Joyce Harnish of Chambersburg.
A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.
