My husband and I worked with Dick at the FCC. Dick truly was an icon of the FCC family. Everyone loved hearing his stories. We have so many fond memories of Dick and he will greatly missed. His stories also included his family and how much he loved them. Our deepest sympathies to you all. Joan and Chris Andes

I worked with Dick for many years at the FCC and we got to be good friends. He had so many great stories--he would have us in stitches. As he told the stories , it was clear he loved his family--lots of stories started, "Yesterday, my wife, who you know I absolutely adore, . . ." Others explained how much fun he had doing something with or for this kid or grandkid. He would tell the story and then chuckle in unabashed happiness. We will miss him.
