Obituary for Remedios Rosel
Remedios Razon Rosel, age 80, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at her home. Born February 23, 1939, in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Pedro Razon and Estrudes Fausto Razon.
Mrs. Rosel worked as a Registered Nurse for a number of years, retiring in 1980’s to raise her family. She moved to NYC in the late 1960’s from the Philippines. She was well traveled and enjoyed traveling abroad. She also enjoyed walking and watching TV, especially her favorite show, “I Love Lucy”.
Surviving is her son, Ronald Rosel of Chambersburg, PA; two daughters, Rachael Rosel-Hill and Rowena Rosel; three grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, and Marshall Hill; and two siblings, Catalina Corpuz and Cora Carolino. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Romeo Rosel in 2006 and a son, Richard in 1997.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 3 PM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service in the funeral home.
