Our deepest sympathy! We had the highest regard for both your parents. Not only did your dad marry my parents but thirty eight years ago he married my husband and me. I remember when he counseled us then. His words were brief but I can still remember them to this day. Years later I sought out his guidance once when he was working at Geisel. He gave me great guidance then as well. We were fortunate to see both he and June out from time to time. I’m sure the first words he heard were, “ Well done” and is experiencing things that we can only imagine.

Growing up at King Street UB Church with Rev. Baker as pastor was a wonderful time. He was such a kind, inspirational man. Over the last number of years I ran into him at the grocery store or a restaurant. He always remembered by name and we always had good conversations.

As a fellow minister in the community, Paul was always a warm friend, had a cordial word and greeted me warmly whenever our paths crossed. He was a gentleman, a Christian, and a leading member of his community.
He will be missed but I look forward to seeing him again in Heaven.
God bless his memory and comfort those who mourn his passing.
