Darrell E. Yaukey, 62, a guest at The Gardens at Gettysburg and formerly of Fayetteville, passed away Friday evening, April 2, 2021 at the nursing home. Born April 22, 1958 in Chambersburg, he was a son of the late Paul B. and Helen A. Ridgley Yaukey. Darrell was a 1976 graduate of the Chambersburg Area Senior High School and served with the US Marine Corps. He was a truck driver most of his life and had driven for Nitterhouse Concrete. Darrell was a former member of the Marine Corps League in Chambersburg. He enjoyed baseball, fishing, and hunting.

He is survived by three sons, Justin Yaukey, Ronnie Yaukey, and Steven Yaukey; a granddaughter, Danae; and two sisters, Karen Sleighter (Bob) of Fayetteville and Candy Wagner (Bob) of Chambersburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Angelica Dawn Yaukey; and a brother, Dennis Yaukey.

Services will be private. Interment will be in Lincoln Cemetery.
