The ENTIRE Island Hills Chorus met tonight and dedicated a portion of rehearsal to sharing our memories and honoring the memory of dear Christina! She was a dear “sister in song” and a strong supporter of all barbershop music!🎶
Please know we share in this loss! We pray her Sons and the entire family will feel our love and prayers. Heaven has gained a wonderful singer. Peace to you all♥️

Christina was caring, loving, funny, kind, talented, and a good friend. I remember meeting her the day I joined Island Hills Chorus - there she was, sitting on the front row of the risers, with the most beautiful, welcoming smile. She definitely made me feel welcomed and at ease. Over the years Christina and I developed a friendship, but I really didn't get to know her well until I was getting ready to move from New York to Washington state. I was packing up my house all by myself, which was monumental, and Christina showed up with the boys to help! She spent hours getting me organized and I was lucky to have some time at our 'after packing' dinners together to get to know Christina as we shared our life stories. She called me the week before she passed, but I missed the call and we never connected. I know she knows I was thinking of her. Christina was just lovely and I'm truly saddened by this loss.

My prayers and Sympathy to Christina's family. I sang with Christina in Island Hills Chorus. She loved singing our Sweet Adeline Barbershop harmony , and was a wonderful Bass singer. She was kind and always willing to help . I am sorry to hear of her passing.

I was a Sister in Song with Christina. She was a lovely person and a great bass. She had a light of love in our Chorus. She will be missed I'm sure.
