Russell Rowe

Sincere condolences to the family from my father, Russell Rowe. Chuck was a kind and generous friend who always was available to take Russ around the town, whether out to lunch, the grocery store or doctor's appointments. His friendship was important and he was always upbeat and friendly. May he rest in Peace.
